Закончились праздники, прошла и приуготовительная седмица «О Закхее».

Впереди три недели, которыми Церковь готовит нас к посту.

И вчера вечером за всенощным богослужением хор запел уже постовой тропарь : «Покаяния отверзи ми двери, Жизнодавче…» Начиная с этой недели и до воскресенья пятой недели поста после песни «Воскресение Христово видевше» поются покаянные тропари.

Сегодня же слышим притчу «о мытаре и фарисее», прочитанную диаконом Максимом Вахненко  (Лк. 18, 10—14). Притча призывает задуматься: кто я — фарисей или мытарь, или то и другое вместе.

«Два человека вошли в храм помолиться: один фарисей, а другой мытарь. Фарисей, став, молился сам в себе так: Боже! благодарю Тебя, что я не таков, как прочие люди, грабители, обидчики, прелюбодеи, или как этот мытарь: пощусь два раза в неделю, даю десятую часть из всего, что приобретаю. Мытарь же, стоя вдали, не смел даже поднять глаз на небо; но, ударяя себя в грудь, говорил: Боже! будь милостив ко мне грешнику!» «Сказываю вам, — пояснил Христос, — что сей пошел оправданным в дом свой более, нежели тот: ибо всякий, возвышающий сам себя, унижен будет, а унижающий себя возвысится».

По окончании Литургии настоятель Вадим Абрамов сказал проповедь на тему сегодняшнего Евангелия, поздравил причастников Тела Христова, поблагодарил всех готовивших богослужение, подробно изложил расписание служб на предстоящей седмице, призвал пожертвовать на новую Чашу и объявил о молебне, который состоится после трапезы — в поддержку Пюхтицкого монастыря.

Затем после целования креста отец Вадим помазал всех маслом, привезённым из Дивеева от иконы Серафима Саровского.

 

На этой седмице нет поста —  ни в среду, ни в пятницу!
